We specialize in lithium battery recycling and repair, giving old e‑bike and power‑pack batteries a second life. Our team restores performance with high‑quality cell replacements while responsibly recycling unusable materials. We help customers save money, reduce waste, and support a cleaner, more sustainable future through smart battery renewal.

Why Choose Us

Materials quality matters

Proven Tesla cells offer superior energy density, longer service life, and higher safety standards than unverified, generic Chinese alternatives.

Price matter

Tesla's branded 18650 cells (Panasonic/Samsung) offer higher energy density and proven EV-grade quality than standard e-bike cells.

Be accountable

Reusing Tesla cells preserves high energy density, cuts costs, and avoids the massive carbon footprint of industrial recycling processes.

Real warranty

Our one-year worry-free warranty includes free cell and BMS replacement; customers cover only flat-rate shipping fees for service

Our Work

Bike battery testing

“Bike battery testing with an electronic load provides precise, controlled discharge conditions to evaluate real‑world performance and cell health. The electronic load applies adjustable current levels, allowing accurate measurement of voltage sag, capacity, and internal resistance under different loads. This method ensures repeatable results and prevents unsafe current spikes that can occur with improvised testing tools. By monitoring temperature, stability, and cutoff behavior, technicians can identify weak cells, aging patterns, and BMS issues. Electronic‑load testing delivers safer diagnostics, better thermal control, and a clear picture of how an e‑bike battery performs under actual riding demands.”

Golf cart battery testing

Golf cart battery testing with damped resistor banks provides a controlled, safe method for applying heavy loads to evaluate pack health. The resistor bank absorbs energy gradually, preventing sudden current spikes and reducing stress on aging cells. By converting excess energy into heat in a managed, evenly distributed way, the system allows accurate measurement of voltage sag, capacity, and internal resistance. This controlled discharge also protects wiring and connectors from overheating. Damped resistor testing delivers reliable diagnostics, safer load conditions, and consistent thermal behavior, making it ideal for assessing lead‑acid and lithium golf cart batteries.

High Quality honeycomb and welding

Honeycomb plastic spacers create a rigid, evenly spaced structure around 18650 cells, dramatically improving safety by preventing cell‑to‑cell friction, compression damage, and electrical shorts. The uniform gaps also promote predictable airflow, helping heat escape more consistently across the pack. Packs built without spacers rely on tape or paper strips, which allow tighter density but reduce structural stability and can trap heat between cells. While spacer‑less designs fit more cells in tight housings, honeycomb spacers deliver superior cooling, vibration resistance, and long‑term safety — especially in high‑power e‑bike and power‑tool battery packs

Smart BMS systems

A regular BMS provides basic protection by monitoring voltage, current, and temperature, preventing overcharge, over‑discharge, and short circuits. It keeps the pack safe but offers limited insight into cell health. A smart BMS adds advanced balancing, data logging, Bluetooth monitoring, and real‑time diagnostics, allowing early detection of weak cells and more precise control of charging behavior. This improves thermal management, reduces stress on individual cells, and extends overall battery life. While both protect the pack, a smart BMS delivers longer lifespan, better performance, and safer operation through deeper visibility and smarter balancing

About Us

Our founder spent years repairing Tesla battery packs, opening modules that had been replaced simply because a few cells began to leak. Inside those modules he discovered something surprising: hundreds of perfectly healthy cells, still strong and full of life, were being discarded. A Tesla module contains 444 cells — yet if only ten fail, the entire module is scrapped. These premium cells, engineered for long service life, were headed straight for destruction.

At the same time, the market was filling with low‑quality, short‑lived cells that created even more waste. The contrast was impossible to ignore. Why destroy high‑grade cells while producing new disposable ones, especially when the customer’s own battery case is completely reusable and built to last?

That realization sparked our mission. Instead of letting excellent Tesla cells be dumped, our founder developed a careful process to harvest, test, and reuse only the cells that pass strict resistance and capacity standards. These reclaimed cells often outperform brand‑new no‑name imports, offering higher capacity, better cooling, and far greater reliability. They are nowhere near “used‑up” — they’re simply waiting for a second life.

When you choose to rebuild your battery with us, you’re doing more than saving money. You’re preventing high‑quality cells from being wasted, reducing demand for low‑grade replacements, and keeping your original battery case in service instead of sending another plastic shell into the landfill. And here’s the honest part: we don’t charge you for the cells themselves. Our fixed rebuild price covers only the skilled labor — the technician who opens Tesla modules, tests each cell with specialized equipment, and wraps every approved cell in protective sleeves before building your pack.

It’s smarter for your wallet, safer for your bike, and better for the planet — one rebuilt battery at a time.
